1. Services

CountEdgeLab provides professional accounting services tailored to your needs. Each engagement is defined in a separate agreement.

1.1 Refund Policy for Services

Requests for a refund for services must be submitted within 14 days of the service start date. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Partial refunds may apply if work has commenced. Customized or on-demand services are not eligible for refunds due to the allocation of dedicated resources and personalized planning.

1.2 Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 60 days of the original date. Requests received less than 7 days before the scheduled service are not eligible for rescheduling.

2. Information Products

Our information products include digital guides, tutorials, and templates developed by CountEdgeLab.

2.1 License and Access

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital content for personal use.

2.2 Refund Policy for Information Products

A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been accessed or downloaded. After this period, no refunds will be issued due to the immediate nature of digital delivery and the risk of duplication.

3. Goods

CountEdgeLab offers branded merchandise and physical materials.

3.1 Delivery

Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

3.2 Refund and Return Policy for Goods

Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns must be shipped back to us at your cost. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Personalized or custom-made goods are not eligible for return due to their bespoke nature.
